These days there’s a podcast about everything from reality TV shows, to sustainability, to- you guessed it – commercial real estate.
Of all the CRE podcasts out in the market, one of our favorites is the Duke Long Commercial Real Estate with a Little Attitude. If you haven’t had a chance, make sure to listen to Duke’s authentic, unfiltered voice discussing a wide range of topics on the CRE market. He has a desire to continually bring valuable content to the CRE industry, and it’s obvious he knows what he’s talking about. His podcast is educational and interesting, and it recently featured our very own Waypoint founder and CEO Diane Vrkic!
The prosaically titled episode, “Podcast #148 Diane Vrkic Founder CEO Waypoint,” gives listeners a 25-minute conversation on the founding of Waypoint and the story of how we got to where we are today with our asset management software platform for performance analytics and operations management. Who would’ve thought a med school student would pivot her future into the real estate market and found such an innovative and impactful company as Waypoint!
Duke was interested in talking to Diane to find out more about how Waypoint is helping to solve the industry’s need for better performance analytics to drive value. Here’s his intro to the pod. Give it a listen and let us know what you think!
